The telecommunication business segment of Digilife Technology includes a wide distribution network of more than 30,000 resellers. In Indonesia, Digilife Technologies is the authorised distributor of mobile prepaid cards and digital-basedmobile top-ups of several leading telecom operators such as Telkomsel, XL Axiata and Indosat. The company also retails multi-brand, MNC mobile devices and accessories of leading Smartphone brands such as Samsung, OPPO, Asus, and Vivo amongst others.

Additionally, it also undertakes projects on networking, data hosting, and managed service solutions, serving clients in industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Consumer Electronics, Personal Computers and the Public Sector.

Digilife Technology Limited was incorporated in Singapore on 15 July 1993. The Company moved to the Catalist exchange from the mainboard with effect from 26 February 2021 and trades under ticker symbol (BAI).

Dr. Modi is a chemical engineer and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He has also been conferred PhD in financial management and a DLitt in industrial management.

Mr. Tay Wee Meng is the Associate Professor (Practice) for United Nations Institute of Training and Research and Chairperson for UN Sustainable Development Goals Research Lab. He has served on boards of Public, Private and Not-for-profit organizations across the globe with prior corporate experiences across multiple gateway cities with Fortune 500 companies such as HP, IBM & BT. He has invested and nurtured 4 deep tech unicorns and lectured in venture capital, green finance & sustainability reporting in top universities. A prolific public speaker in venture creation and well sought after judge in top entrepreneurship competitions such as Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Award, ASEAN-India Hackathon and Slingshot.
Currently an Ambassador for Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology 2023/24 and a Fellow for Singapore Centre for Social Enterprises.

Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer

He brings with him a total experience of over 15 years in Business, Operations, Strategy, Compliance, Legal and Governance, Alliances, Financial Planning & Risk Management. Throughout his career, he has been associated with publicly listed companies. He has been associated with the Group for more than a decade, during which he served as the President Director for the Indonesian business of the Group, for more than 8 years. He has worked in large corporations across diverse geographies with a special focus on South and Southeast Asia including India, Singapore and Indonesia amongst others. During his stint of running the Indonesian business for the Group, he redefined business strategies, headed operations and optimized expenses to turn around a loss-making business to a profitable one.

Mr. Gurvinder Pal Singh

CFO, Digilife Technologies Ltd.

With an overall experience of more than 26 years, Mr. Singh has played a pivotal role in shaping the strategy of the Modi Holding group with special focus on financial expertise and wealth creation. Previously, as CFO of Spice Communications he drove cost optimised expansion of network operations, resulting in higher EBITDA. He orchestrated Spice Communication’s journey to its IPO, which was oversubscribed 37 times. Leveraging well managed operations and strong investor relations, he managed to achieve the group’s stake sale at 7.5x. He repeated this success in the group’s healthcare vertical, leading discussions with potential buyers and achieving the group’s stake sale at 4x.

Mr. Arun Seth

A veteran of the Electronics and Information Technology Industry in India, Mr. Seth joined Modi Olivetti in 1990 and in a span of 6 years was capped as its Chief Executive Officer. He was instrumental in transforming the organisation, ensuring a smooth transition for the India business even as the JV partner Olivetti exited the PC business worldwide Mr. Seth possesses the unique ability to build & manage teams while also nurturing long-term relationships with clients, business partners and technology owners that has helped the company stay resilient through several disruptive periods.

With over a decade of professional experience in telecommunications, Mr. Sufianto has a proven track record in developing business strategies, sales plans and performance targets of the Airtime business unit in Indonesia. His keen understanding of the business environment in Indonesia can be attributed to his stints with various established corporates in the country such as PT. Grant Surya Multi Sarana and PT. Mr. Minhas has over three decades of experience in the leadership role in the field of IT Service Business Development and IT Service Delivery operations.
